How do I know what to book or I don't see the service I want to book?

If you're unsure about which services to book for yourself, feel free to fill out a digital consultation form. This will help me understand your needs better. Additionally, please note that my service menu is gender-neutral, so you can focus on the specific service rather than gender.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

​

Yes, I do. I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you know in advance that you won't be able to make it, the sooner you inform me, the better. However, if the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, I do charge a 50% fee of the booked service.

What if I am going to be late?

Please notify me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. I can accommodate guests up to 15 minutes late. However, if you are later than that, I may need to reschedule your appointment or omit certain services, such as a blowdry or style after a color service. I do my best to stay on schedule and will also inform you if I am running behind.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Can I work or have a silent appointment?

Of course! I provide free Wi-Fi for your convenience. I understand that sometimes you may prefer a silent appointment to have some quiet time to yourself. Just inform me via email or in person, and I'll accommodate your request.

Should I come in with unwashed hair before my color appointment?

 

 Color penetrates best on hair that was shampooed within the past day or two. Please avoid using temporary gray coverage sprays, as they can interfere with color penetration. If your hair is too dirty, I'll have to wash it first, which may incur an additional $30 charge.
